Conference registration fee

  • Early bird registration fee $180 (before 16 January 2012)
  • Conference registration fee $200 (from 16 January 2012)
  • Conference registration fee for graduate students and retirees $100
  • One day registration fee $100

Optional, but highly recommended:

  • Conference dinner (Friday 17 February 2012) $85. Conference participants can add up to three guests on the registration website below
  • Canberra city tour (Saturday 18 February 2012, 1pm-5:30pm) $45. Conference participants can register guests on the registration website below by registering them only for this tour, one at a time.
  • Canberra Region Cold Climate Winery Tour incl. lunch (Sunday 19 February 2012, 10:00am-5pm) $110. Conference participants can register guests on the registration website below by registering them only for this tour, one at a time.

The conference registration fee includes the conference reception, lunches, and also morning and afternoon tea/coffee.

International conference participants

Please note that ALL conference participants who do not have an Australian or New Zealand passport or Permanent Residency in either country need to apply for a VISA to visit Australia. Holders of passports of Brunei, Canada, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, and the USA are eligible to apply for an Electronic Travel Authority, see http://www.eta.immi.gov.au/ETAAus1En.html

Holders of passports of EU member countries and some other European countries are eligible to apply online for an ‘eVisitor (subclass 651) visa’ for which there is no charge, see: http://www.immi.gov.au/visitors/tourist/evisitor/
